Low Energy Neurofeedback System (LENS)
LENS (Low Energy Neurofeedback System) Neurofeedback is an effective, natural approach for emotional regulation and optimizing brain-body function. LENS Neurofeedback helps the brain self-correct, allowing new ways of thinking, behaving, and feeling. As the brain self-corrects and develops new ways of thinking, many people experience less rumination or thoughts racing through their mind, feeling lighter and easier to laugh, a sense of relaxation, improved senses, feeling unstuck from repetitive behaviours, and a happier sense of wellbeing.
For clinical referrals (ie. benefit coverage) call or email if you have questions: 867-688-4956 info@cetana.ca. All LENS sessions can be booked online at the below link.
PLEASE NOTE: For initial appointments you are required to book a First Initial Assessment and Brain Mapping session (60min).
